I am looking for ideas on locating an equity partner who can provide collateral for a commercial loan to purchase a self storage facility.  

It is a home that was built in an indoor facility, delivered to the homesite, and placed on a permanent foundation.

Example 1 - I used to have extensive expertise of automotive repair facilities located in Harris County, Texas.  

Are these standalone facilities in small towns, or in larger towns.
