The ADA defines "readily achievable" as “easily accomplishable and able to be carried out without much difficulty or expense.”Without much difficulty or expense is substantially different for a small mom and pop restaurant than it is for Google or TJ Max.

Sounds like your agent wasn't experienced enough in the area.

If the only indication that he is difficult is not wanting to send his ID to a stranger on Facebook, I wouldn't blame him.

its most unfortunate that you had to go through this deception and theft from someone who is considered a professional in this business. we definitely appreciate you putting the warning out about this character. as hard as it is to find a reliable experienced contractor nowadays its even harder to find one that's not a crook and a liar and that's truly pathetic.   

Those are opportunities for experienced investor but you're not experienced.

Yes, an investor agent, an experienced rehab contractor and a very experienced private HML that is also an investor, all of which provided invaluable guidance.
