Exotic suggests start to come out of the woodwork.

I started taking an active interest in learning to evaluate ROI and cash flow, and creating my own exotic spreadsheets and algorithms laying out my own personal strategies. 

That means buyers will find it more difficult to get loans, especially for more "exotic" products.

I would say it depends a lot on where you are located, if you are in a resort town in Hawaii or somewhere exotic it could take a greater hit.
