Has anyone used/ found a course, literature, podcast, or mastermind that they found to be beneficial when starting up their own co hosting endeavor ?

It could be a property on a double lot, a property that get's dismissed because it is full of clutter, a listing that has the square footage wrong etc - and a deal can be made (not found)I’m not a wholesaler per se, but I have done a lot of marketing, at least in the past, due to endeavoring find deals. 

Then you are legal and it can increase the value as well as the salability of your property.All the best in your investing endeavors! 

I really do appreciate all of the comments folks have made and it’s clear that they have systems in place and I hope that knowledge will aid me in my endeavor. 

I don’t know how involved Brandon Turner is, but seems like he is spending more time focused on other end endeavors. 

If this endeavor doesn’t fully pan out, I’m comfortable treating it as a side project alongside my W-2 role.
