We have 4 nice seasons of equal duration -- we get a few light snowfalls in the winter, springtime is mild, temps are moderate in the summer due to the elevation, and the fall season is especially enchanting.  

These gurus get you all hyped up with their half-truths, you become, enthralled, spell-binded, espellbound, dazzled, bewitched, charmed, captivated, enchanted, fascinated, enraptured, magnetized, hypnotized and you don't know whether to poop or go blind, so you run to the back of the room and can't wait to shell out your cash for nothing you know about.And...we have a thread currently going on about why investors fail.

Somehow a bit.... creepy, nevertheless enchanting in its special way, no?

I see you're in Kailua - we just sold a house flip there in August, have a 2nd house (old plantation style) on the market there, and my 3rd Kailua project is a new-build that overlooks Enchanted Lakes (where the storms are delaying our excavation!)
