I am considering moving a mobile home from one lot to another in a mobile home community within the city of Edmonton, AB.

I consider Edmonton a hybrid market right now.

The markets I am interested in most are Edmonton, lethbridge, and Airdrie.

Edmonton is still affordable but prices and rents will be increasing, to catch up to Calgary, which is typically 12-18 months ahead of Edmonton.

Lastly, an option is to get the property under contract under you name, but adding "or nominee" afterwards, so that it is within legal allowances to assign the contract to another person.Is this property in Edmonton, or Ft.
