Well, according to old editorials I found in a newspaper that's in the same county this little association is in - the association fee keeps on rising.

Essentially it boils down to this:When a platform takes editorial control of the content that is displayed on their site, then they are liable for what is published because they are editing/curating/controlling the content.

I don't agree with a lot of their "stars" or its editorial.

Insightful Crain's editorial that  recognizes the need for additional taxes to fix Chicago's debt problems and ensure the schools are strong enough to keep parents with school age Children in the City.
