My first post on BP, I've been a lurker for a long time.I sold my e-commerce company last year and have been doing some real-estate investing, I've bought and fixed up several personal homes over the years and have always wanted to get into real-estate investing.I live in CA, and I bought my first investment property in Temple Texas at the beginning of the year. 

.- Online Store: Start an e-commerce store on platforms like Etsy or Shopify.- Investment: Look into stock market investing or peer-to-peer lending to grow your savings.Summary1.

Do not use this team and if you have an ecommerce business like I do, good luck with them because they have no knowledge about your bookkeeping.

No guarantee in finding a tenant due to rise in E-commerce. 

I used all the money I made from a highschool business in ecommerce and selling basically everything I owned to rehab it. 

I have been contemplating going into the E-commerce business and start drop shipping but i dont know if its a good investment or not.
