It is possible that over time, Google ranking metrics recognize the uniqueness of your key words, and you move up in the rankings organically (without a cost to you), so that you can be found easily on Google searches for your location.

If she's 70 and still working, my guess is it is not a high paying job and she should have some pension she's also getting.As Kevin mentioned, there are a lot of charitable organizations that will help people out in this situation, especially if they are seniors. 

They're pretty organized, but expect annual inspections and some extra paperwork. 

I’m still working toward my first deal too, but I’ve been learning that tracking maintenance and expenses is all about staying organized from the start.
