I haven't hit it hard yet this year,  trying my hand at pre-foreclosures.I don't use a CRM, I'm hand writing letters and reaching out according to a criteria I dictated.

Some investors prefer to start saving for these ASAP, while others plan to deal with them when they happen.The unknown is Maintenance costs, which are often dictated by how "hard" a tenant lives in a property.

I created my lease from scratch and dictate what happens in our properties.

I suspect the guests via their reviews will dictate what constitutes a bedroom.

Yes there are some state specific languages but its rare on how they dictate JV's.
