We know they’re hard working and would like to continue working with them rather than move toward foreclosure, but we know they’re in over their heads if we continue under the current terms of the mortgage and don’t want to set them up for failure. 

I am waiting to see where this market is headed, as I know a lot of people are sitting on the fence right now. 

Starting now, even while juggling school and your internship, will give you a huge head start.

I'm more just tossing the idea around in my head should things get worse in years to come.

If foreclosure is what you want to invest in get a head of the game and focus on a target area and know if that HOA is a pain to work with, you might just find someone who wants to sell quickly to get aways from the HOA.

We've been head down for 5 years getting started with this portfolio, just starting to become an evangelist for sober living now that there's some proof in our business that it's impactful and profitable.
