After the demo, there really is not much you can do to save outside of thinking outside the box on fixing whatever that might be that has come up. 

Another property assessment included another home that had been demoed/removed before we bought the property. 

I used a demo of it, and it seems to do a lot of great things.

The basic demo was complete and the property was ready for reassembly when we bought it, leaving fewer surprises.

Of course it all depends on pricing and what your target demo is.

And of course simply have it demo-ed.

A week into the job he was still demoing an 1100 square foot row home in Philly. 

I think demoed and redeveloping is the only other option.
