The best way to learn this is by reading a Tax Court case.  

I don't try to evict based on neighbor complaints as those aren't super reliable and the people likely won't show up to court.

I don't know what area you are in, but generally just take them to Small Claims Court.

I'd go to Small Claims Court (<$7000. in MA).

(1) File FiFa with the courts(2) Find assets (car etc.) to file lien.

One if you do not register your company as a foreign company you usually cannot file an answer in court if you are sued. 

Give it time, this is getting shredded in court as we speak.
