A little bit about myself: Day-time, I do project management for corporate real estate clients, and a registered architect.

If you can offer flexibility, I would put on listing and/or booking confirmation email which day/time the service is and say it is subject to weather.

That would fill in the daytime and nighttime traffic and keep the building busy which would attract higher paying tenants for all of the other suites.A mural is a part of the plan.

Maybe plan on showings only on certain day/time windows to accommodate their schedule.

Other than the showings (which are batched on a certain day/time), the rest I'm able to do myself.
