But please just be open, courteous, and respectful :) If you think cold-calling people on the DNC list is just wrong no matter what .... do you really think it's BETTER to let properties sit blighted forever and ever because the property owner may have put their name on the DNC list 20 years ago to avoid calls from telemarketers?

Regardless of what the law is, the courteous thing to do would be to give a little notice. 24 hours might not even be needed to appease your tenants.
