I agree that some of his tools do add value and after watching countless videos of him promoting his $10K program, I REALLY thought that he was an honest person, that genuinely just wanted to help people get out there and get in the game!

Then when things go to hell they walk away and pretend they had no involvement with the Property Manager even though they facilitated countless transactions positioning themselves as the owner. 

Not specifically referring to RTR however this is the type of experience I have heard countless times over the years from investors.

I have spent countless hours trying to figure out how to buy properties with no income, no down payment, and a 700+ credit score from a student credit card with $10 payments on time.

I think everyone has the right to transact that whatever level they want to.what happened here is that you had new investors getting a marketing message that is so far from reality.. and once they get in the game reality starts to hit themadd that to a ground partner that did not execute. 

If not, nearly any other brokerage will be at least half of that... plus there are countless others that won't charge a fee regardless of the sale price!
