The Central Location of Lakeland makes it ideal for shipping logistics, and the local airport expanded the runway to allow larger cargo aircraft.

Are there areas where you can force equity by extensive renovation in San Mateo , Santa clara , Alameda or Contra Costa areas ?

In Contra Costa ADUs have to be all electric, so no gas.

Southern Oregon coast is very remote and takes very long drives to get there or you need private aircraft.
