The project will start soon, and I believe it will take that long for the construction company to complete the work on all the buildings.I have landlord insurance with State Farm, which includes coverage for loss assessments that should cover this amount.

Kayla, if you decide to keep managing, you might consider picking a good tenant in the park to be the onsite. 

I also knew that if I decided to retire in Bali, at least I would have a really nice house that’s paid for.

A lot of investors are jumping to secondary lines of insurance coverage and the problem with those is that the companies are based in the Cayman Islands or the Bahamas a lot of the time, and it is suspect that they would actually pay out if the need arose unfortunately.
