I think for at least one of mine (it's been a long time) it was just a letter that my commander had to sign, basically saying I was in the military, behaving myself, and the Air Force wasn't trying to actively kick me out.

Even during "low" season, they're commanding premium prices, much stronger than relative properties for rent in US coastal towns/vacation destinations.

A buyer might look at basement square footage as GLA and the house could command a higher price but with appraisals, it doesn't work that way.
