Each unit then had it's own separate A-coils and blower fans.

You have basic finishes like laminate counters, 30" cabinets, a coil stove a TV sitting on a bar stool and your pool doesn't have a hot tub, that alone is losing you bookings. 

Dump trailer, Air Compressor,, 18 gauge Brad nailer, framing nailer and 25 gauge pin nailer, sledge hammer, contractor grade trash bags, gloves, eye protection, ear protection, plastic, painters tape, frig tape, list continues, about 100 more but my fingers are getting tired. 

It was just $3500 per unit here for that including the coil.   

FWIW I've seen inspectors miss alot too, cracked heat exchanger & plugged fan coils in HVAC FAU.

New Lineset will be ran through attic and new coil will sit on existing furnace.

There were never any complaints about mold and they also forgot that they are responsible for changing AC filters every month, cleaning the AC closet door and also when the AC was repaired, it was also professionally serviced, coils and condenser fins cleaned. 

I pull the fridge out during turnovers to clean the coils and inspect the water lines anyway.

Also, always change your unit's HVAC filters or you be going through heat exchangers, evaporator coils, and compressors more often.
