So alot of people are screaming the sky is falling on STRs, but really it is welcome back to the seasonal pricing and occupancy roller coaster ride of STRs that have been around for decades.

First, that's what you can afford, secondly your new and you have no idea what the roller coaster feels like yet so sitting in front raising your hands on the big drops and enjoying it may not be the case. 

So it’s been a roller coaster of emotions.

I wanted to share my experience with FMC, and after one heck of a roller coaster ride with them, I feel that this needs to be said. 

This is an emotional roller coaster for borrowers, but it is something you should review with them and evaluate their finances to determine why they are behind, and if they are - can they come back on this or they just kicking the can down the road?

So, with interest rates on a roller coaster and the economy doing its own thing, I'm curious how we're all wrangling cash for our real estate opportunities.

I've watched the prices rocket up and read about all the west/east coasters investing.

Leverage makes you bleed money when things turn South and eventually they always do because real estate is a roller coaster.
