You cm should look at creating a valuable note at the beginning, which means doing a little research before you make any deal.There are many national firms that will purchase your note, and many have good resources on their website to help maximize value.

It surprised me that the cap rates were so close in areas like Albany Park and Logan square, even though the multifamily homes prices seem to be more significant divergent.Best,CM

After reading and considering the information here, I too will take the tact of listening and learning from CM's podcast, but have used my investment dollars elsewhere - just closed on an A-, B+ SFH rental property in Denver; will see how that goes and 'learn-by-doing'.  

Per the Land Development Code transient rentals are allowed in the following zoning districts: R2, R3, R-TH,CL, CM and CH (R1-C if south of Front Beach Road)
