Debt service on this is $2308/mo which seems really high.

As a client of 5+ years, it has just been TOO MUCH, recently.

Unfortunately there's a lot of alarmist/scare tactics utilized to upsell these services that do nothing but generate revenues for those who are selling the service and often leave the clients with recurring expenditures i.e  annual maintenance costs.  

It seems like a good strategy but would appreciate any advice and if anyone worked with banks/lenders that provide a service like that.Thank you in advance! 

The con is it is putting upward pressure on the cost of service.

My client's have been happy with the draw process and response times as well.

We all know the loans end up at the banks or investors and their servicers.. ???
