Do you or most landlords comply with the city ordinance to get their properties inspected & registered by the city?

With the city contemplating expanding the ADU ability to city wide, is there any benefit to doing a rezoning now (assuming successful) before the citywide expansion takes place?

While I can imagine some cities might be against "boarding houses" or enforce their "brothel law" I can't imagine too many cities would be supportive of it. 

Hunter puts on one for hotels in Atlanta every year.Another idea that might work is find out if there are any CCIM classes or combination of classes going on in the cities where you want to work.
