Seeing a lot of borrowers have success across the country, especially with the BRRRR method and the AirbnBRRRR methods! 

Any recommendation for the first steps I should take if I want to purchase my first rental property using the BRRRR method (or flipping).

I've been around the block and worked for the money I have so by nature I'm methodical.
