I have using Price Labs, so that has helped!

We find Projection Lab to be pretty comparable though, if you know how to work within the assumptions and sanity check the outputs, particularly on the tax end.

Turns out the daughter's boyfriend was smoking in the bathroom...Sometimes they can scrub, others it has to go down to the studs and rebuilt if there's been a lab.

(Not that someone's rise has to come at the expense of others)I have a friend who is a project manager for installing lab equipment. 

It will take a few weeks to get results back from the lab.
