MikeI would definitely go with changing out the stuffing of the cushions, Mike.It's best to have a response to every single last review on file.

I took out the existing planter boxes and made new ones, changing the layout, and poured some new gravel to make the walkway more weed resistant and add drainage.  

The changes apparently haven't come into effect yet and as we have an election this year, who knows what will happen. 

He's also contacted the tenants with notice of management change, but they say they won't work with him without notice from the current PM to confirm it's legitimate.
