@Aditi Chaudhuri When you say your property is a half mile from campus, are you a half mile south towards Center City and near Broad Street or are you half mile north, west or east of campus?

@Steve Meyers I’ve been running this with some success with a local cincinnati agent on 2+ units and nationally with a commercial broker for shopping centers.

As for application turn around, it is normally about 5 days but it could be longer or shorter.

Generally, the further you get out of the urban center, the more likely you are to find cash flow.

We do a pretty decent amount of land acquisition but we target specifically retail center points in rural areas.
