I was thinking of hiring this summer.

We spent 30k of our own money rehabbing, lived in the property for 3 years, did most of the work ourselves, and sold last summer for 195k.

The area is a local tourist hotspot especially in the summer.

I bought 2 new construction in Athens last summer and rented them right away... so far so good. 

I plan to get my real estate license in the upcoming summer to try and get a head start on my goals.

I’m aware of this happening once previously last summer, but thought it was a one time accident.

You may pay $500 in the summer and $1000 in the winter.

I'm sure you'll be out of here in the summer, but you'll love the winter. 

For me I feel shifting to real estate is the right play which is why we made the pivot last summer, but I am open to other perspectives.
