5am wake up cup of coffee scan east coast emails for funding requests and title docs to sign.5:15 am chug 32 oz of water with 5 ladels of MSM5:30 am another cup of coffee scan e mails and BP requests.6: 00 am ish continue with east coast emails and start to set up what we are going to wire that day.6:30 am another cup of coffee continue scanning e mail and BP talk to closing attornies on east coast and my east coast vendors.7: 00 am down into my basement home gym 60 minutes cardio 15 minutes weights.8:00 am 48 minute cool down then jump in shower9:00 am Eat while at my desk answering more e mails post on bp a few times and print docs for east coast vendors and closing attornies.. 10:00 am Staff arrives we talk about fundings for the day.. account balances who is going to buy what that day.. what payoffs can we expect etc etc.11:00 AM staff has sent wire request to banks and printed closing docs for the day.. off to bank to sign closing ( mail away closings) and wire money to various title and escrow companies and closing attornies.

What it does do (quite a bit) is crash...for no perceptible reason...Still, I think it's pretty solid and great for use while doing cardio at the gym...

Mon - lift heavy legs, Tues - lift heavy upper body, Weds - Light Cardio, Thurs Lift heavy legs, Fri - Light Cardio6:15 am - shower and get cleaned up at the gym6:26 am - arrive at the day job.Saturdays -5 am - wake up and cook breakfast while watching morning news5:45 - get cleaned up (shower, shave, etc)7 am - arrive at gym - lift heavy upper body + 1 hour light cardio9:30 am - start the weekend chores (cook for the following week, laundry, finances/banking, etc.)Sundays -Wake up whenever the body tells me toCook BreakfastI like to watch "Sunday Morning" while getting caught up on minor stuff (email, banking, etc.)Finish up the weekend chores.Why?
