Is this not still a capitalist society?

As a rabid capitalist, and an even more rabid, foaming-at-the-mouth environmentalist, I think about this stuff frequently.

Among real estate I own a wholesale distribution company, a contruction brokerage business, and act as a venture capitalist in my small town eco system.

Modern free-market capitalist economics is a relatively new field of interest, and global free-market capitalist economics even newer.

I would certainly not rely on venture capitalists to start a business again.

That's what venture capitalists are looking for -- and you should be too. 

The capitalist system we live in is based on debt.

The point you are not "getting" is that this is how things work in a capitalist system.

I am curiuos to have insight from people who were in the business post Savings and Loan Crisis...specifically from a more experienced perspective..What do u guys think will be the effect of the Bailout ...vis a vis Rea l estate prices....PLS I DO NOT WANT THIS TO DESCEND INTO POLITICAL DISCOURSE, AM NOT INTERESTED IN SOCIALIST,FASCIST AND CAPITALIST POLITICAL DIATRIBE( NOT INTERESTED) am stricly interested in what I can do to better myself under this emerging conditions.Thank you
