I've been trying to  weigh out the pros and cons of getting my Real Estate License as well.Con: I realize the intense level of customer service requires that you make yourself available at ridiculous hours to appease overly caffeinated clients. 

Yes, my motto too use to be "no coffee, no workee", but the caffeine headaches when I didn't get the darn drug finally persuaded me to quit cold turkey.

Be on caffeine overload all the time and never sleep.

I will add, stop posting for a few hours and avoid caffeine and sugar, if they wind you up. 

I advised him on several matters and help connect with an REIA in LA that was a better match for his target audience and speaking style (which I would describe as Ross Perot on a caffeine and sugar high). 

I think he needs less caffeine.
