Living in Peachtree city kinda cuts you off from downtown Atlanta and all the fun activities going on there.My recommendation would be what other posters mentioned Grant Park, Inman Park, little five points, east atlanta (more hipster) and if your feeling eclectic cabbage town.

People need yo have heads on shoulders instead of cabbages.

Cabbage town would be a nice investment for cash flow.

The cool thing is you can use almost anything for a filling, then just add the cabbage, guac and sauce.

Not my bailiwick, but I am not as green as I look a cabbage.

You could cook cabbage or fish frequently so the place stinks but is still clean - a real turnoff for a buyer who plans to live in the house, but not for a investor.
