Living in Peachtree city kinda cuts you off from downtown Atlanta and all the fun activities going on there.My recommendation would be what other posters mentioned Grant Park, Inman Park, little five points, east atlanta (more hipster) and if your feeling eclectic cabbage town.

You are confident that it'll appraise for at least $610k, if not more.You write an offer to purchase it for $610, asking for a $10k seller credit for closing costs.Seller, if they have an IQ greater than a cabbage, will view it as "really" a $600k offer, which is exactly what it is.But an appraiser, looking at the $610k contract price, assuming you're getting a good deal, will 95 times out of 100 appraise it for $610k or more.Boom, you financed a huge chunk of your closing costs.
