It's not unusual for one good person to apply, and they move in their half brother that just got out of prison or something.There's a lot more to look at than just income. 

I have bought 2 long term rental properties with my brother.

The man's brother has/is serving time for the same charge.  

Common problem brother.

They are just looking for return on original investment but taking out of the trust at some point is a must as I have an AH of a brother.

Easy way to just be done with any mold issues on the walls.Our managers brother used to put up metal roofs and buildings. 

As such I got information supplied to me as part of the agreement and found out that one of the founder and directors put a family member (brother) in my property, the occupants "renovated it". in their statement of claim they did that through their contracting company that was doing work through Kardia constantly. they claim they have a contract with Kardia to renovate the property.
