The NEXT time the cops find them on the property, they get a nice pair of shiny bracelets as long as you have your copy of the violation.Or, build a lockable enclosure, but then you will probably just find them rooting through the rubbish out at the curb once you set it out for pickup.

In so doing, I discovered the Oceanpointe rental agreements were full of mistakes, Oceanpointe did zero background check on the tenant (it turns out he had an ankle bracelet and was awaiting trial for drug charges and turned the house into a drug den), and I had to evict him, and he trashed the house (over $10,000 in damage) upon leaving.
