You can clearly see the microwave was not broken and the bookshelves are not damaged and the Gold Angel book ends are there and now they are gone.I have pictures after they left of everything and the entire house be we traveled to Memphis and took videos and pictures of everything and that mad the PM irate.

The properties I go for tend to have awesome features like Art Deco style built-in bookshelves, hardwood floors which are very cheap to maintain and keep looking good, higher grade building materials, and overall better craftsmanship.

They claimed the cabinets were falling off the wall (they seemed secure last time we were working in that room), and stated that you know, they'd be there for four years, and were happy to leave the shelves when they go, but they could also take them down when they move if we wanted them to.I also noticed that they've installed a few bookshelves in the house that are not freestanding but attach into the wall.

Austin, I am a little confused by what you are asking, but there are many ways to improve value besides kitchen and bath:- landscaping- new windows- flooring throughout- trim/molding throughout- new roof if needed- improved light fixtures throughout- add/remove walls to make better use of space if needed- add built in bookshelves- repaint the outside/shutters- increase energy efficiencyThose are just a few things and what to do will of course depend on the comps in that area and what is selling.
