You can't impersonate an expert in RE and lie all day long to seller that his property is worth $10, knowing very well that it's a blatant and gross lie.

The tenant screening process seems non-existent, and they have no problem blatantly lying to you (my final straw before finding new management this month).

As with anything you can find examples of PMs who abuse this, however, if its not blatant and excessive try your best to relax because I promise if you keep pressing that button you will be looking for a new Property Manager.
