I looked into this at more than one occasion, because Milwaukee has such an old housing stock, everything is 60-120 years old.Most of the new apartments we see are 4 and 5 star developments with very high rents, this allows to offset the high cost of construction a little better.

Are you celebrating any special occasions?

As someone who previously owned some rental properties and did not want the headaches associated with that, I found a great deal of potential value in having an entire team do all the research / rehab / management that could fill in the blanks for me in terms of real estate investing.

But then masking the fear with, a moral justification of I don’t want to dedicate what is requires to _______ (fill in the blank) because it is too much of a sacrifice of time away from my family.

Yes it is a blank slate and we are both open to making it work in whatever way necessary.
