Shame to be going bald that young

I sympathize - but only a little - with the thinning hair line, as I've been close to bald for 20 years. 

Oh great, you got my best angle: my bald head!

This is a photo of my groomsmen a little over 4 years ago (Im the bald guy in the middle)3 of the 10 groomsmen were at one time tenants.  

Having worn the hat of both an agent and an investor (and well.. a pre-maturely balding 27 year old who has grown accustomed to wearing a lot of hats, both figuratively and literally), I can say without a doubt that I have generally gotten better responses from people when I tell them I'm an investor as opposed to an agent.

See you this evening (I hope we can figure out who is who -- you can look for my shiny bald head!

I'm definitely grateful for having the property manager, if I had to do this myself I would be going bald.  

You do have to make sure that the bald spot or damage is patched so as to be level with the original wall surface.
