.-  Pro's:  Additional functionalities, such as tracking maintenance, automated bookkeeping, screening reports, etc. 

But if you automate your rent collection and buy a property with the right tenants it becomes enjoyable. 

I MAYBE could understand if they just hadn't gotten around to having automated credit card tracking like every other accounting software on the planet, but to not even have the option to track them manually is ludicrous.  

Your price would be determined by the number of listings you have, if you want an annual term, if you want dynamic pricing and smart lock automations add ons etc.For the base rate, you would be looking at $50/ listing tops.

I'm already using RentRedi to screen tenants, receive rent, deliver messages, but I wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions on either a software or virtual assistant type platform that helps them automate maintenance requests...

Furnished Finder means you will need to have more interaction points to process them and collect payment--- does not mean it's a bad option, but there is less automation involved.

All that means is they put you on an automated drip like every other agent, nothing special there.
