I think for the 2 other attractions nearby, a lot of people I'm assuming aren't needing lodging for the museum and or park.

If you go into A/B Class the rents are going to be too high to justify doing section 8, meaning market rents are higher than Section 8 is able to pay.If you go down to D Class areas you're going to attract terrible tenants and it will be a nightmare. 

They host regular meetups, workshops, and networking events that attract investors across all levels, including those focusing on multi-family and commercial properties.

I would like to ask the advice of the community - can I get some viewpoints on how I could double check this lady's work?
