I would like to pair or assemble a network other than the ones I have New Orleans ,LA / Baton Rouge . or In the financial district in SF, California.  

Let's say you spent a month on the initial preparation: cleaning, painting, shopping for furnishings, assembling IKEA furniture and so on.

Start small with cosmetic rehabs, assemble a reliable team, and have a clear exit strategy.

You gotta assemble a team you can trust, thats for sure.  

Yes, you need a team, however you can't just assemble people together and call it a team. 

I've been investing in one market for 10+ years and my vendor list continues to evolve and never had the mindset of assembling a team I can rely upon.

That cuts down some assembly time.

So I wouldn't be concerned about buying quite soon, as things are moving in a good direction...and all the more now that they've assembled a committee that reportedly includes some people who are both more experience with and favorable towards STR.

But that doesn't mean you know the right ingredients or can assemble it without disaster.
