You'll want to make sure multiple banks look at the deal to see general appetite for financing.What happened to us is we took over a string of condos from a non bank lender that foreclosed on the properties.

within days Wagner comes up with this Brennah oaks development and markets aggressively and even wrote a book.another few months I get a note from real wealth (Kathy Fetke’s group) through which I met my turnkey providers and they said they have cut ties with Jean Gillen and anyone associated with that group. so for my risk appetite I didn’t and wouldn’t do business with them and I live an hour from ocala.

My neighbor did this during one those programs (had a 2 family, made into a legal 3 family by converting the basement) but, among other things, he had to install a fire suppression system in the basement, expand windows for egress/ingress purposes, and do a whole bunch of other things.

The only way you can break that log jam right now is severely lowered fed rates, but the level of federal debt is such that they're in a no-win situation because there's going to be little appetite these days for buying 1% fed notes from overseas.The fed rates were kept too low for too long.
