I also have connections with a couple of great property management teams that would alleviate that out-of-state management anxiety. 

., late Spring to early Summer 2023, we lost our Chief Financial Officer, another accountant passed away, another had a major heart attack, and our Controller son passed away and we provided an extended leave. 

It definitely causes some anxiety anytime the place is vacant. 

But it warns you of a connection happening to your account, and that simple prompt is often the last barrier before the attacker gain access to your email or business environment. 

So you can think of it as wholesaling without the capital or willingness to close is under legal attack (in SOME states), while wholesaling without the capital $ and intent is no problem. 

We not only lost our hard-earned money but on top of everything, our health suffered, I had several sleepless nights due to the stress and anxiety that this horrible experience created for my wife and me.After the buy-back was completed, I approached Maverick to at least help us with our losses by requesting us to give back ~$6000.

We are excited, at times frustrated, and have a healthy level of anxiety, but all of those elements were expected from the start.I'll try to keep this thread updated, as it has always been helpful for me to read others' experiences.

They also have been directed by someone high in his organization to attack other groups to  not just disrupt but to try and get people to ask for refunds.Many of these are "infuencer" types and not even wannabe or actual real estate investors. 

They are fierce and really attack.
