Whereas in reality it was the opposite, work wasn't getting done, I was getting pictures of small sections of home that looked like he was working on,  he wasn't paying the crew and even had random women living in my place with alcohol bottles and ramen noodles all around.

Its kind of like in Golf where you have some golfers fudge their scores to have lower handicaps than they really do. correct - and many think that its up to the LP and their problem, but its like selling alcohol, just because someone says they are 21 does not mean they are.

No smoking, no parties, no alcohol in common areas of house. 

Tenants that are rough on property, pay late, are alcoholics or drug users, are rude to neighbors, are a pain in the a$$, etc.  

Perfect storms are good example: defaulted, missing or deceased owner(s), alcoholic heirs, code violations, etc.; all in one property concurrently!

Also her friends are drinking alcohols and ruining the yards by throwing away her trash in the front yard.

A common trait among my superiors was you either had a drug and alcohol program, criminal record or atleast one diverse.

If someone is serious about getting off of drugs and alcohol they just do it. 

One of the most pervasive problems I have seen in kids from wealthy families is drug and alcohol addiction. 

Lol, yeah, because everyone knows the cure to alcohol poisoning is MORE VODKA!
