To ty Coos county and Bend together brought back memories of a trip I took in the late 90s when Bandon Dunes first opened.Friend of mine in Santa Rosa has a home at Cross Water and a hanger there at the airport and of course a nice turbine twin to put in it.We departed SR for Bandon  played golf that day spent the night at  Bandon dunes  got up early  played 18 holes at Bandon again jumped into his bird flew over to Sunriver got there by 12  teed off at cross water at about 1pm and played 18 holes there.. so may one of the few 4 somes to ever play Bandon and Cross water in Sunriver on the same day  LOL..   

I’m biased, but I’ll chime in with @James Wachob and cast my vote for Memphis.Memphis offers incredible logistical advantages: the largest commercial airport in the world, all major US railroads converging here, and a thriving distribution hub.

You have acquired skills that are worth 500k, so maybe you can translate that into an adjacent career path and leverage your existing skills?

Or can you acquire another business in an adjacent field that increases profitability?

However, north of the river is the home of the current airport and the brand new single-terminal airport, the largest infrastructure project ever completed in Kansas City with a price tag of 1.5B.

Also I am thinking now that these are small rural counties with population in the entire county probably no more than 50k or so.. at least with most of those folks living in the city of Oroville which is right on the border with British Columbia In my flying days I would go into Oroville to get through US customs compared to going into one of the airports Airports north of Seattle .

I think the only way to go in orlando is offmarket, as close as you can get to the airport and/or college campuses.
