I did have an interesting conversation with their "director of education" who spends an hour to see if potential students have what it takes to qualify for their limited number of coaching slots...in less than a half hour he decided I wasnt a good fit for their program, and hung up on me :-) My non proprietary "secret" is; think about who the buyer is, figure out what they want and give it to them.

Slot machines (and casinos in general) are insanely lucrative.

Every time slot during the day has a purpose... even if that is just free time, social time, family time etc.

I had planned to have the paper notarized at the Chiang Mai Consulate but they only do notarizing 2 days a week and the slots filled up quickly.

When we reached our limit there we actually did a consolidation loan with a commercial DSCR loan where we paid off 5 Fannie Mae loans with a portfolio lender which opened up 5 more Fannie Mae slots for us.  

So, you use less slots for what you have now.
