It’s not ADA accesible but the showers are walk in and there is a ramp to the front doors and off the back porch.It’s a great location in Colorado Springs. 

Regarding ADA... better make sure you know the rules.

I asked why they did that and they said it was for the ADA compliance.

Are the bathrooms up to the newest and hottest ADA requirements?

LA City here~~Take the certificate of occupancy to the post office and they will register your ADA address in to their database and will deliver mail to your ADU.

Back to the kitchens, I especially like the  (before) galley kitchen with the tile floor, and if there was a door opening at both ends at ADA specified widths that would be a nice feature too.Good Luck!

Just make sure that it is clearly in your ad as well.

I know a lot of people target the travel nurse demographic, but there are also a lot of patients that come for long-term treatments and need housing.Does anyone have experience catering to this demographic, and what are your thoughts on making the house ADA compliant?
