Would not be a stretch to use AI or bots to do reverse image searches of your profile pics to scour the web for direct booking sites.

I’d prefer less outsourcing on behalf of the banks and fewer web portals/ apps/ servicing companies because in my experience the more entities involved the more glitches, so adding a VA and another layer of software to the mix doesn’t sound inviting.

It would likely be comparable to what you pay in the NE.Just google "Lexington County tax estimator" or whatever county you're interested in and you'll usually find a web tool from the County you can use to estimate the tax bill based on the previous year's assessments.There is also a law called the ATI tax exemption that can potentially lower than 6% rate by 25%.

Also do you have any info on him. i can dig up some info on him and then get an attorney to file a suit against him if oyu wanted to go that route. happy to assist in digging up info so you can give it to an attorney. note I am not an attorney but a note investor and good at finding stuff on the web

So be careful and make sure you interview the Expediter and that they have had success in obtaining the Letter of No Objection.As far as evidence that you need to gather, look up your buildings TAX Class.You will find it here: Building Information SearchHere you will see something that looks like this:NOTE that while this is a Dept of Buildings Web Portal, what I have circled in RED is the Department of FINANCE Building Classification.You may not have a CofO, but the Dept of Finance maybe taxing you as a 2 Family.
