Although most of my stays are <7 days, I've had a few longer stays (business travelers and a family that was going through a full home remodel).

I personally love the area and travel there very often.

One meter reading for all usage or like some small communities a set price for each occupied home?

Without knowing all of your specifics, I'd say that it's only worth holding on to if you can reasonably expect to have some really good appreciation in the near future (like 5 yrs)....Or, in the case where it would run well as a vacation rental, you could switch the usage, maybe?

I know when i travel to hotels ( which is almost every month) I check for coffee pods and will choose hotel that has them  then i bring my own pods LOL  unless its a real high end hotel and they have the ultra coffee makers  do your cleaners know how to clean the water repository on a Keurig?

If this will be your first rental, I would probably wait a year or so after renting it before scaling into more properties, especially if you will be traveling.

It will be on you to reach out to these folks to see if you would be a good match for what they need.It is *not* a site where people can just put in their travel dates and find, book and pay for a place to stay without interacting with a human.

I've also heard that traveling nurses are good mid term occupants, so try reaching out there.
